The deadline for the
PEN/Phyllis Naylor Working Writer Fellowship has been extended from December 16 2013 to January 15, 2014. This is a $5,000 award to a published writer (U.S. publisher) whose work was well received by critics but isn't generating enough income to support the author. Writers need to be nominated by an editor or another writer. Check out the
