The July/August issue of
The Horn Book (which I believe is somewhere in this house) includes a
review of Park Scientists: Gila Monsters, Geysers, and Grizzly Bears in America’s Own Backyard by
Mary Kay Carson with photographs by
Tom Uhlman. The review says the book introduces readers to scientists who conduct research projects on geology, ecology, and biology at three state parks.
You may read about this one here again.
